Refunds and Return Policy

Products: For merchandise shipped directly from M&N Group LLC. you may return any product in its original condition within 5 business days of receiving it for a full refund. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Teleclasses/Webinars: No refunds will be made once any class has started. A full refund will be made on request by email less 10% handling and cost of any materials.

Workshops/Conferences: Registrations for workshops/Conferences are transferable, but not refundable in most circumstances.
